Skids and crates are engineered to the specific load — runner size and deck scale with weight, with proper margins, blocking, and bracing. Then the whole load is optimized: companion pieces paired onto shared skids, over-length pieces banded down, and every skid confirmed to fit the container before build — cutting skid and container counts to lower freight cost.
Pack-Out & Container Load-Out Planning
A per-skid placement guide — top-down diagram, numbered pack order (heaviest first), exact item positions, orientation, tight-fit checks, and independent strapping — plus a per-container floor plan showing skid arrangement, load-from-the-doors sequence, weight, and floor-utilization %, with out-of-gauge items routed to flat-rack.
